Both Dave and Desiree are certified instructors by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and have been in the business of teaching at their current jobs with the Florida Highway Patrol and in the privatized industry. What is unique with Dave and Desiree is the amount of training they both have obtained for traffic reconstruction. Training is important, but knowing when and how to apply the training is what separates them from the rest. Expert knowledge of traffic reconstruction, combined with thousands of cases reconstructed, and working knowledge of various computer programs they utilize within their department and in the private industry, have given them valuable insight and expertise of subject matter.
